it may not always be possible. So what can be done? We commit to:
- Challenge your need to travel by air
- Propose a suitable alternative destination or mode of travel, if possible
- Suggest the most ethical air travel option, if there is no alternative
- Report on our volume of air travel booked and work to reduce it
