The Air Travel Debate
Can we go without flying? We’d like to think so. But, realistically,
it may not always be possible. So what can be done? We commit to:
- Challenge your need to travel by air
- Propose a suitable alternative destination or mode of travel, if possible
- Suggest the most ethical air travel option, if there is no alternative
- Report on our volume of air travel booked and work to reduce it
Mountains
The Eiger, Switzerland
A week of slaloming through alps thanks to the ski train.
Board Eurostar and be transported to the foot of the French Alps. Or take the slower option to the heart of Switzerland. Small, personalised, owner-managed catered Chalet accommodation to leave you to concentrate on the task at hand: going up and down the mountains - rather than shopping, cooking and cleaning. Walk to the slopes in the morning; ski straight back to the doorstep.
Mt Kinabalu, Borneo
Discover the underwater rivers and exotic biodiversity of this Polynesian paradise.
Fly on the most ethical airline (did you know there was such a thing?) to Malaysia. Stay in a small eco-friendly, family-owned
These are ideas that we have worked on for clients. As all of the travel we present is customised, your individual requirements will result in substantial variations in both the description and the price of the travel arrangements.
