Any money that you pay us is protected in the event of our failure to
ensure that you get what you've paid for and can continue to travel.
Financial protection is provided through one of two means:
- if your travel includes any flights: ATOL provided by the CAA
- any other Travel Organising services: TOPP provided by Travel
& General
Complementary Travel Cover
When you purchase Travel Organising services from us your bespoke
package includes complementary travel cover provided by Planet Earth.
Financial protection only applies to our Travel Organising services
and our bespoke packages. If you purchase individual travel components
from us you may not be covered by any financial protection. Please
